I hope this message finds you well and apologies for the collective message.

I am writing you because, as you probably remember, you and your institution kindly accepted to support the EUPADRA Master Degree.

The three partner institutions have just decided to postpone the deadline for EUPADRA scholarships’ application from the 15th March to 21st March 2016.

The applications to date are less numerous than we were expecting: it is the first year of the program and this is understandable.

Therefore, it would be excellent if you could inform graduate students and practitionners that could be interested in apply: if they have a good cv, the chances to obtain one of the rich scholarships granted by EACEA are rather high!

Please find attached a message, in case you want to circulate it (of course, amend it as you wish).

For further info, you or potential candidates could consult the website www.eupadra.eu (on which you find the most of the syllabi of the courses offered) and write to eupadra@luiss.it.

I would like to draw your attention on the new EU Joint Master, funded by the European Commission Erasmus + Programme, on "Parliamentary Procedures and Legislative Drafting (EUPADRA)" co-organised by LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome, Complutense University of Madrid and the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, London. The teaching and training schedule of this Joint Master, which will start on October 3, 2016, at LUISS Guido Carli University, in Rome, is arranged as follows (more info at www.eupadra.eu):

- October-December 2016: Module on "The 'shape' of parliaments in European constitutional democracies", LUISS, Rome

- January-March 2017: Module on "Parliamentary procedures", Complutense, Madrid

- April-June 2016: Module on "Parliamentary legislative drafting", IALS, London

- September-December 2017: Students' internships

- February 2018: Submission of the Master Thesis
